because being regularly exposed to it enough to appreciate it is not common in today's age, unless where you live is nostalgic and still plays it from time to time, or you seek it out yourself... how about a sample?

i think it's the fact that the music here is so bad that i first started hearing bands from the 70s and the 60s then i started to discover older music, of course i still love those bands in fact when it comes to rock and heavy metal its all from that time,
but when i want to relax its all blues and jazz for me along with some of those pop love song of the 50s

as for contemporary music the only thing i like its heavy metal, rock today its just too comercial and pop music should be banned by the geneva convention
