Ship Nicknames

To be updated as necessary. These are of course the standard Prætorian nicknames, since DMH can't seem to agree on which of 3 different ships is the Justice Bus.

Maybe it's the Unripe Bananna because, rather that being mushy and sweet, it's firm and solid with a gentle (learning) curve?

Sidewinder = Paper hull, Tissue paper special, Death trap

Mamba = Rock magnet, Slider

I refute the Sidewinder. I believe proper name should be Charmin... as in Don't Squeeze the Charmin.

And the Mamba I agree with Slider, however Rock magnet is reserved for any ship I fly, except the Grizzly. That thing can take 4 Full AB runs at a rock before I start to panic.

And Grizzly should not be Grizzly. Its to damn slow. I have seen Grizzlies Run. They are quite quick in fact.

Might I suggest something that symbolizes the kind of Lumbering Rush you get from the Big Guy at the All You Can Eat Buffet when he hears that the Buffet table is open? My offering. Uncle Bob. We all have an uncle Bob. Names vary but you know the type. Slow lumbering beast that large Lorries bounce off of as he makes his way to the food.

The FH-90 - "the flying bullseye" - credit to Mr Muffin.

FH-100 Hammerhead - The Terminator or Mr T for short (what I've called it for quite a long time), have returned to cruising around in it dealing out the pain. I pity the fools who stray across its gunsights.

(also the Hammerhead shark is kinda T shaped)

B10G should be changed to Whale Shark. It isn't as fast as a Grizzly, its lumbering like a Whale Shark. It can't paw or bite like a Grizzly. It sorta Just sucks in water. The advantage to the whale shark is that if you bump it, even quite hard, it feels nothing.

It may just be me, but I've taken a liking to the Viper, and thus I have played it quite a bit.

Now, it may just be my erratic flight style, or the numerous teeth marks I've left on just about every asteroid, but I like to call it "The Mosquito."

"Why?" you ask. Well, simply look at it this way:

1. Enough Mosquito bites in a short period of time, usually leaves anyone fairly ticked off and in a downright sour mood.

2. If you can see one, it's pretty easy to swat.

3. Mosquitoes are also EVERYWHERE, generally at one specific time of the year (Or in the instance of MB, whenever the ship is Free for a week).

I've heard F-3 Mambas called Pacifiers.

Which i personally prefer to any new-player nickname containing numbers and/or a z instead of an s.

The FH-250 could be referred to as The X-wing. Mostly because it has the same firing configuration and MO'FRAKKING LIGHTSPEED, SON!
