sometimes failing to login, closing session and continually reconnecting.
pages from store, community and other areas taking ages to load if at all....

I wonder if they are under another DoS attack ????

in this moment i think steam server down , i can login but then don't work, error server.....

Yep... currently showing the below message... this time of day on a Sat is actually quite a low load for user connections its late afternoon/early evening EU time when it climbs towards its peak. Definitely something going on.....
