Boosts Empty Boosts

Just looking round in the MB hanger and stuff and i don't understand the boosts.

There is the credit boost, that one i understand

What is the one labeled, 4Xboost for 25 matches. isn't that the same as the first one??

Those apply the boost for 25 matches, the other set applies the boost for 24 hours.
