Hello Everyone!
Hi!
It's ManganMan here. I've heard on MoonBreakers some time ago, and I've tried to run on my Chrome in Linux.
It was a fail: can't pass "Initializing NaCL module". In Windows it works, but FPS was horribly low. Tried on Steam: big success. I like this game, there aren't too much combat space-sims, and this one "soothes " my nerves.
Right now I'm just a noob with the worst Li-Fighter fighter and bomber. I'm saving cash for the worst Mid-Fighter. Every fight brings me closer

Re: Hello Everyone!
Hello ManganMan.
welcome to the forums, it's good to you have you.
also three things:
1. The mamba is not the worst light fighter (especially post update) it's tempermental yes, slidy oh yes, but it's got bite, so give it a chance and you'll see what it can do.
2. save your credits for something worth buying, and by that i mean do not pick up a Singray or Nighthawk (unless you want to try and excel at firing a sniper rifle in space.)
3. The first upgrade ships i would recommend are: G5 it's a medium packs a punch and was my first 'bought' ship, the sidewinder as light ships go this one is in contention for the best ATM, as for heavies and bombers I would look at the Timberwolf (bomber) and pretty much all the heavies (except the stingray) have pretty strong roles and can be flown to good effect.
good luck to you, see you out there.

Re: Hello Everyone!
Welcome ManganMan!
Snoop around and check out the posts in The Hangar before you make a decision on your next ship.
As AoC says, the Mamba is pretty rockin' since the last update

Prosze! Milo mi, ManganMan!
Definitely check out the Hangar thread as Loki suggested and look at the Mamba appreciation thread. After the most recent update it's a really good ship for flag-running and taking out turrets and defending your own bombers on the enemy carriers.
I'd stay away from the Stingray; Kingfisher is a great little ship once you get the hang of how/where to fire it, I bought/upgraded and flew it for ages.
Hope to see you on vent and in-game again, soon!

Yo Manganman!
Nice to see you in vent.
Wiping out space wazzers soothes Marv's nerves too.
