Bad graphics Empty Bad graphics

I recently tried to play MB on Chrome... Big mistake.
The only visible graphics were the celestial panorama in the background. All other graphics were flat black. The weaponry was also not rendered. It was essentially invisible.
Has anybody else encountered this on Chrome?

Haven't seen that one in a long time. Usually the dark graphics thing is a one instance thing; exit and restart Chrome and it should be ok.
Steam version generally plays much better than Chrome.
