Star Conflict

I'm usually at around 200-250 ping with an average of 15-20 FPS on minimum quality. Since I live in Las Vegas, NV, USA, This tells me one of two things: Either my network connection is absolute shite, or the game could use some kind of optimization...

I get put on Euro and Russian servers much of the time so I go between 150 -300 ping with 30 -45 FPS. Occasionally I get wacky connections and ping spikes into the 1000's but it is happening less and less.
