Whenever i try to help a noob, he just dont follow advice, tries to take anything head on, and after getting shot down 100 times, he disconects.

I usually try to lvl up the field, if i see someone flying an A80 on my team against inferior forces i usually ram them. Still some ppl have their own style of play (abusive bulling) and its their choice there are no rules in these game, but they got to know they are killing the game and any future player that is willing to stick and learn.
